Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence on banks and online platforms for regulatory compliance
- Review KYC docs, legal agreements, and materials for accuracy
- Document findings in compliance memos outlining potential risks
- Improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage onboarding to ensure seamless platform integration
- Develop relationships with partners and respond to compliance inquiries
- Advise on monitoring controls and risk-based approach during onboarding
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Business Development teams
