Job summary

HP Inc. Singapore seeks a Partner Programs Manager to advise country sales and channel leaders on partner landscape, capability, coverage, and readiness, translating priorities into profiling, certification, and quota actions.

You will own partner lifecycle governance, profiling, and quota deployment, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvements to ensure channel success and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or MBA in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in channel partner management and sales operations.
• Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Advise country sales and channel leaders on partner landscape and readiness.
• Own partner lifecycle governance including onboarding, membership, and profiling.
• Lead quarterly partner profiling and alignment with route-to-market.
• Provide partner insights to improve capacity planning and engagement.
• Drive compliance and governance for profiling and quota deployment.
