HP Inc. Singapore seeks a Partner Programs Manager to advise country sales and channel leaders on partner landscape, capability, coverage, and readiness, translating priorities into profiling, certification, and quota actions.
You will own partner lifecycle governance, profiling, and quota deployment, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvements to ensure channel success and governance compliance.
Advisory to country sales and channel leaders on partner landscape, capability, coverage, and readiness, translating business priorities into profiling, specialization, certification, and quota actions. Own partner lifecycle governance, including onboarding, membership, profile integrity, salesperson mappings, mergers and acquisitions, hierarchy changes, landscape reviews, and exception management. Manage partner specialization and certification requirements, monitor attainment and renewal status, identify capability gaps, and work with stakeholders to improve partner eligibility, differentiation, and route-to-market readiness. Lead quarterly partner profiling across relevant routes to market, ensuring partner segmentation and hybrid RTM alignment support coverage, growth priorities, and investment decisions. Provide timely partner insights and recommendations to country Channel Sales and Sales Ops to improve capacity planning, partner engagement, and execution against business priorities. Shape and communicate profiling, specialization, certification, and quota-deployment frameworks, timelines, guidelines, tools, and business implications to drive consistent adoption. Serve as the Market subject-matter expert for Check Engine and Click & Go and Chanaplan, enabling stakeholders to use partner data and tools effectively and championing process improvements. Coordinate on-target partner quota deployment in ChanaPlan and approved offline tools, aligning targets with partner potential, coverage priorities, and governance requirements. Lead range checks, confirm MCO target readiness with Sales Ops, conduct UAT, and prepare and submit ChanaPlan change-request requirements arising from Amplify program changes. Drive timely resolution of system, partner-data, and cross-functional process issues, while enforcing compliance with profiling and quota-deployment requirements, timelines, and governance standards.
Degree or MBA in Marketing or related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in channel partner management, channel business operations, sales operations, or a related commercial role. Demonstrated experience using partner profiling, specialization, certification, onboarding, or quota insights to support channel planning and business execution. Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills across country sales, channel teams, Sales Ops, and cross-functional partners. Ability to translate data, partner capability, and governance requirements into clear recommendations, priorities, and actions. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Hands-on experience with ChanaPlan, Check Engine, Click & Go, or comparable partner-management systems. Exposure to partner certification, route-to-market models, hierarchy management, or channel program governance. Experience conducting user acceptance testing and troubleshooting business-process or system issues. Experience working across multiple countries, markets, or hybrid channel environments.
