Job summary

CapBridge Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development & Operations Associate to drive growth for our corporate group while ensuring custody operations and client onboarding are executed with rigor. The role blends sales, partnerships, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will support daily tasks across business development and custody operations, coordinate with marketing and operations, and contribute to client onboarding, KYC facilitation, and onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who works across departments.
• Sales, portfolio management, or investor relations experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development and Custody Operations team with daily tasks.
• Coordinate communication between sales and other departments (marketing, operations).
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, transactions and correspondence.
• Assist in preparation and delivery of sales materials and product information to clients.
• Find new partnerships and databases to expand client and product outreach.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and potential customers.
• Provide insights to support sales strategies.
• Work with KYC team to facilitate onboarding process.
• Coordinate with issuers, partners and internal stakeholders on listing and onboarding.
• Prepare customer journey workflow and documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and calendar management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
