Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Partner Acquisition Intern to support onboarding and daily mobility operations, with a focus on Business First Class rides.

The role involves coordinating with driver-partners, fleet partners, and internal teams to maintain operational readiness and to inform decisions using portfolio data. The internship runs from January to May 2027 and reports to the Manager, Partner Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting data from dashboards, spreadsheets, or internal data tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, filtering, data validation, and basic data reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, activation, and readiness across portfolios; engage partners and document actions.
• Pull, validate, clean, reconcile, and analyse portfolio data; present trends and recommended actions.
• Monitor daily booking allocation and driver readiness for Business First Class rides; coordinate reminders and communications.

The Partner Acquisition team supports the driver- and fleet-partner network that enables Grab's mobility services in Singapore. We work with driver-partners, fleet partners, vendors, and internal teams across onboarding, activation, engagement, and operational readiness. Our work supports passenger services across Grab's mobility portfolio, including premium offerings such as Business First Class rides.

Get to Know the Role

As a Partner Acquisition Intern, you will support partner onboarding and daily mobility operations across assigned portfolios, with Business First Class rides as your initial focus. You will work with driver-partners, fleet partners, and internal teams to maintain operational readiness, support time-sensitive activities, and use portfolio data to inform operational decisions. This role is based in Singapore and may require occasional early, late, or weekend support.

You will report to the Manager, Partner Acquisition and coordinate task execution with temporary or business process outsourcing (BPO) staff. This full-time internship runs from January to May 2027.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will coordinate driver- and fleet-partner onboarding, activation, and operational readiness across assigned portfolios, engage partners to clarify requirements, resolve routine issues, and document follow-up actions.
• You will pull, validate, clean, reconcile, and analyse portfolio data from approved dashboards, spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) , and internal systems. Then, you will present updates on trends, gaps, causes, risks, and recommended actions.
• You will monitor daily booking allocation and driver readiness for Business First Class rides, coordinating reminders, training, partner communications, and post-incident follow-up.
• You will coordinate shift handovers and provide task-specific guidance to temporary or BPO staff to support execution.
• You will use AI and digital tools to improve data analysis, reporting, documentation, and recurring workflows.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You will have demonstrated ability to extract data from dashboards, spreadsheets, or internal data tools.
• You will have working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, filtering, data validation, and basic data reconciliation.
• You will analyse operational data, identify trends and causes, and translate findings into practical recommendations and clear management presentations.
• You are experienced in balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinate follow-ups, and communicate blockers promptly.
• You will be able to engage drivers, fleet partners, and internal stakeholders, resolve routine issues, and document follow-up actions.
• You will have experience using AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, documentation, or workflow improvement.
