Job summary

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, offering hands-on exposure through a full-time on-site internship in Singapore. You will gain experience managing client portfolios, supporting business operations, and analyzing performance data to drive client success.

You will work with teams to resolve client challenges, improve reporting, and ensure smooth daily engagement with key account partners, with a January 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Undergrad in Business or related courses.
• Comfortable in startup VUCA environment.
• Able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience building, nurturing, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Comfortable with analyzing quantitative/qualitative data and approaching challenges logically.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers by handling daily client communications and queries.
• Maintain organised account documentation and coordinate internal workflows for accuracy.
• Track key account performance metrics and prepare reports and dashboards for reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and teams to investigate partner issues and support prompt resolution.
