Job summary

Grab in Singapore is offering a Partner Acquisition Intern role within the Mobility Ops team. You will support onboarding and daily operations across portfolios, with focus on Business First Class rides and driver-partner coordination.

You'll work with driver-partners, fleet partners, and internal teams to maintain readiness, analyze data, and inform decisions. The internship runs January to May 2027 and requires occasional weekend support.

Qualifications

• Data extraction from dashboards, spreadsheets, or internal data tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, filtering, data validation, and basic data reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and causes, and translate findings into practical recommendations and clear presentations.
• Experience balancing multiple tasks, coordinating follow-ups, and communicating blockers promptly.
• Ability to engage drivers, fleet partners, and internal stakeholders, resolving routine issues and documenting follow-ups.
• Experience using AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, documentation, or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver- and fleet-partner onboarding, activation, and readiness across portfolios.
• Pull, validate, clean, reconcile, and analyze portfolio data from dashboards and internal systems; present trends and actions.
• Monitor daily booking allocation and driver readiness for Business First Class rides; coordinate reminders and communications.
• Coordinate shift handovers and provide guidance to temporary or BPO staff.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve data analysis, reporting, and workflows.
