Job summary

LVL Music Academy PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a confident, proactive Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on serving customers, recommending lessons, instruments or accessories, and turning enquiries into sales.

This position welcomes students, interns, fresh graduates, and part-time job seekers; training will be provided. Work Fri-Sun, ~20 hours/week with base pay plus commission and incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident in speaking with customers and understanding their needs.
• Willing to learn and train on products.
• Available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers with a welcoming experience.
• Handle enquiries and assist prospective students and parents.
• Convert enquiries into trial lessons and enrollments.
• Assist customers in selecting instruments and accessories.
• Explain product differences and recommend options.
• Upsell and cross-sell instruments and accessories.
• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
• Support basic instrument services and stock checks.
• Assist with general customer service and admin duties.
• Collaborate with admin and sales teams for a smooth customer experience.
