Job summary

Investible is seeking a pragmatic, commercially minded lawyer to work part-time across funds, investments, Club Investible and corporate governance. You will partner with leadership and external counsel to manage private capital transactions and broader legal matters for the Asia-Pacific growth group.

The role focuses on private capital transactions, corporate governance and the governance of Investible entities, with flexible 2 days per week work and cross-office collaboration across Sydney,

Qualifications

• Qualified Australian lawyer with 5+ years PQE, ideally in VC, private equity, funds or corporate/M&A.
• Experience advising venture capital funds, clubs or investment structures is highly valued.
• Ability to draft, negotiate and close complex investment and governance documents.

Responsibilities

• Support fund legal management, LP side letters and investor onboarding.
• Review term sheets, share deeds, constitutions and other documents.
• Manage external counsel on complex transactions and ongoing governance.
• Maintain Club Investible investment templates and structures.
• Provide practical, risk-aware commercial legal guidance to leadership.
