Job summary

Investible in Singapore is hiring a Portfolio & Capital Partnerships Associate. This junior role lets you learn how venture capital works from the inside: supporting portfolio companies, helping with follow-on capital, and building investor relationships.

Qualifications

• Drive and organisational focus; venture-specific skills can be developed.
• Diverse background acceptable; what matters is experience in high-stakes environments requiring precision and relationships.
• Interest in startups, technology and the Asian venture ecosystem; long-term career in venture capital.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 35–40 portfolio companies, track milestones and shareholder matters.
• Flag risks, develop intervention strategies, allocate reserve capital.
• Support fundraising: prepare materials, coordinate investor introductions, track engagement.
• Connect portfolio companies with Club Investible members.
• Contribute to portfolio reporting and investor communications.
• Build relationships with ecosystem partners across Asia.
• Track mandates in CRM and originate LPs to support fundraising.
• Secure speaking and media opportunities for the team.
• Coordinate with marketing on content and events.
• Lead investment team's adoption of AI tools and automation.
• Automate portfolio data collection, CRM workflows, deal triage and research support.
