Job summary

PKF-CAP in Singapore is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for M&A and Private Equity transactions. You will partner with investment teams to support cross-border deals, including acquisitions, divestments, and financing across Asia.

The ideal candidate has a law degree (LL.B./JD) with at least 6 years PQE from a top-tier firm, strong international M&A experience, and familiarity with China, India, and Southeast Asia. LL.M. is a plus; excellent drafting and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise on transaction structuring, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate due diligence and liaise with opposing counsel and external advisors.
• Support portfolio companies on governance and regulatory matters.
