Job summary

The Investment Management Holding Company is seeking a Legal Counsel (4-5 PQE) to join their alternative investments group and focus on global private equity and mergers & acquisitions transactions.

You will drive transactional work across private equity and private credit platforms globally, handle Singapore regulatory and corporate requirements, and collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree with 4-5 PQE in transactional work, ideally from a leading firm or in-house in financial services.
• Strong mergers & acquisitions transaction experience.
• Proactive, analytical problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and multi-workstream management.

The Role & Scope

• Drive transactional legal work across private equity and private credit platforms globally.

• Handle key Singapore regulatory and corporate requirements (such as the Securities & Futures Act and Companies Act).

• Collaborate closely with investment, finance, and operations teams in a fast-paced, lean environment.

Key Requirements

• Law degree with 4-5 PQE transactional experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm or in-house within the financial services sector.

• Strong background in managing mergers & acquisitions transactions.

• Proactive, analytical problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-workstream management skills.
