Job summary

ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a part-time outbound B2B telemarketing specialist to promote recruitment services. You will make outbound calls to prospective employer accounts, introduce services, and collect preliminary Job Order information.

Based at Woods Square, Woodlands, you will maintain records, target new accounts, and coordinate with a CEI consultant for follow-up. Training is provided and incentives apply for qualifying new accounts.

Qualifications

• Good telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting outbound B2B calls.
• Clear and professional English communication.
• Responsible, organised and accurate record-keeping.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Telemarketing/sales/recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Maintain accurate call and employer records.

Employment Type: Part-Time
Basic Pay: S$15-S$18 per hour
Working Hours: At least 16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Each session is approximately 4 hours.
Additional Pay: Performance-based incentives

Requirements

Incentive Eligibility

Performance incentives apply only to new employer accounts and valid Job Orders independently developed by the employee and approved by the Company.

Existing customers, existing Job Orders, assigned accounts and duplicate leads are not eligible for development incentives.

Detailed incentive terms will be provided in the Company's written incentive policy.
