Job summary

Bondfire in Kampong Bahru, Singapore, is seeking upbeat frontline staff to deliver memorable customer experiences in a tavern-inspired setting. You will greet guests, maintain tables, and help operate the themed service style.

You will explain gamification systems, support RPG nights and seasonal quests, and keep FOH areas clean. Prior café/bar service is welcome but not required; training will cover the playful character-driven approach expected in this venue.

Qualifications

• Excellent learning and working attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service attitude.
• Comfortable engaging with guests playfully in character, without heavy roleplay pressure.
• Experience in café/bar service preferred but not required. Presentable, interactive, and adaptable under themed service expectations.
• Performance training and WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests “in character” (light fantasy flair).
• Explain gamification systems (dice rolls, quest cards, LFG tables).
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and responsiveness.
• Support events (RPG nights, seasonal quests).
• Maintain cleanliness of FOH areas.
