Job summary

ACID BAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a customer-focused team member to assist daily bar operations, welcoming guests, handling reservations, and promoting food and beverages in a lively bar environment.

You will contribute to smooth service delivery, work from the Heart of town near Somerset MRT, and enjoy overtime, staff meals, late-shift transport, monthly incentives, medical benefits, sign-on bonuses, performance rewards, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in guest relations or customer service roles.
• Previous work experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers promptly upon arrival.
• Verify and manage reservations and tables.
• Record and monitor the number of customers and reservations.
• Promote food and beverages and communicate current promotions.
• Deliver attentive hospitality to enhance satisfaction.
• Support the team with ad hoc tasks to maintain smooth bar operations.
