Job summary

On Rotation is a vintage and pre-loved luxury store in Kampong Glam/ Bugis area, inviting customers to explore designer bags, watches and jewellery. You’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers, selling pieces with confidence, and crafting social content to drive footfall.

Responsibilities include in-store service, displaying arrivals, handling sales, and producing social content (posts, reels, stories). Social media duties may include hosting live sessions from the store as needed.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, welcoming and confident speaking with customers.
• Well presented and professional.
• Real interest in fashion, luxury, watches or jewellery.
• Comfortable creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Reliable and available for the hours above, including weekends.
• Legally able to work in Singapore (Local or PR only).

On Rotation is a vintage and pre-loved luxury store in Kampong Glam/ Bugis Area, selling designer bags, watches and jewellery. We’re opening in an area known for thrifting, coffee and independent brands, and we’re looking for someone who loves fashion and understands social media to help build the store from day one.

Role summary

You’ll be the face of the store: welcoming customers, selling pieces with confidence, keeping the shop looking great, and creating content that brings people through the door.

Responsibilities

In store

• Greet customers warmly and help them find the right piece
• Talk through each item’s brand, style, condition and price, and answer questions confidently
• Process sales on the till, including cash, card and QR payments
• Tag, clean and display new arrivals, keeping cabinets and shelves neat
• Keep the shop tidy, secure and well presented
• Complete opening and closing routines

Social media

• Photograph new arrivals and create social content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Respond to DMs and enquiries about stock and opening hours
• Optional: host TikTok Lives from the store

Requirements
