Job summary

Wild Dynasty PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior AI Engineer to develop and enhance AI features for our education platform, collaborating with Product, UX/UI, and Education teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.

You will review LLM workflows, optimize model performance, and implement testing methods to ensure high-quality outputs. Strong Python development and experience integrating AI models into software are required, with a passion for impactful education technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML development and Generative AI experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI and Generative AI features for a learning platform to improve user engagement and educational outcomes.
• Review and refine existing AI and LLM workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated outputs to ensure high-quality results.
• Support AI features that process text, images, and structured data to expand platform capabilities.
• Design and implement practical evaluation and testing methods to measure AI quality and performance.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve AI-related technical issues to maintain system stability.
• Optimize AI model performance, response time, and operating costs to enhance scalability and user experience.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable AI models, APIs, and emerging technologies for integration.
• Collaborate closely with engineers on implementation, technical reviews, and problem-solving to ensure robust AI solutions.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning.
• Work with Product, UX/UI, and Education teams to translate product requirements into effective AI-driven features.

Required

• Strong hands-on experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-powered applications
• Proficient programming skills in Python for AI model development and integration
• Experience integrating AI models or APIs into software applications
• Solid understanding of AI testing, evaluation, and performance optimization techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex AI challenges
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Effective communication and knowledge-sharing skills to support team growth
