Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Specialist to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions across business functions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, build Generative AI applications, and leverage data analytics to improve decision-making. The role requires 3–8 years in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in AI, ML or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone).
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise applications.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Specialist to support the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across business functions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop Generative AI applications, and leverage data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions to address business challenges.
• Build and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into AI use cases.
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and analytics.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone).
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to intelligent document processing (IDP), OCR, or workflow automation.
• Experience working in the utilities, energy, engineering, or industrial sector is an advantage.
