Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of software development experience with at least 1 year hands-on AI/ML projects.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and implement AI-driven applications and automation solutions.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases and embedding models.
• Design and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and AI agents to meet business requirements.
• Build APIs and integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Evaluate, monitor, and enhance AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability; perform model fine-tuning where required.
• Ensure AI applications comply with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and user guides.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements
