NCS Pte Ltd seeks a hands-on Robotics Experience & Events Coordinator to build and operate a new business around humanoid robotics shows, demonstrations and technology experiences. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to on-site execution and work closely with robotics engineers and clients.

The role requires managing budgets, planning, logistics and on-site coordination, with a small team and potential travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event management, exhibitions, technology demonstrations or related fields.
• Proven experience managing events end-to-end, including planning, costing, logistics and on-site execution.
• Ability to manage budgets, quotations and vendor negotiations.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong problem-solving ability under live-event pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel when required.
• Strong interest in robotics, AI and emerging technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop innovative concepts for humanoid robotics shows, demonstrations, corporate events, exhibitions, and public experiences.
• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of events from brief to post-event review.
• Coordinate venue requirements including space, flooring, power, connectivity, access, storage and operating conditions.
• Coordinate rehearsals, demonstrations, stage movements, audience interaction and show cues.
• Manage event setup, live operations and teardown.
• Prepare event quotations, budgets and cost models covering resources, manpower, venue and logistics.
