Job summary

NCS is seeking a hands-on Robotics Experience & Events Coordinator to build and operate a new business around humanoid robotics shows, demonstrations and technology experiences.

You will own the end-to-end event lifecycle — from event concept, client engagement through to costing, planning, logistics, technical coordination and on-site execution. This part-time role requires creativity, budget oversight and strong collaboration with robotics engineers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event management or exhibitions.
• Proven end-to-end event planning and on-site execution.
• Ability to manage budgets, quotations and vendor negotiations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative event concepts for humanoid robotics shows and demos.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution from brief to post-event review.
• Coordinate venue requirements, logistics, site surveys and technical walkthroughs.
• Coordinate rehearsals, demonstrations, stage movements and show cues.
• Manage event setup, live operations and teardown.
• Act as primary client contact and translate objectives into practical experiences.
