Job summary

Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore is seeking a temporary part-time Research Coordinator to assist with coordinating research projects and participant follow-ups. The role involves data entry, database maintenance, scheduling research assessment rooms, recruitment support, and preparing manuscripts for submission.

The position offers 21 hours per week and requires basic office software skills. Open to candidates on Uni break with A-level or Diploma and strong communication abilities

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn.
• GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holder. Open to those on Uni break.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of research projects
• Coordination in research participants’ follow up visits
• Data entry and maintenance of database
• Data collection from participant interviews
• Managing in the scheduling of the research assessment rooms and reception area
• Assist and support in research recruitment
• Assist in the preparation of manuscripts for submission to journals
• Any other tasks assigned
