POLYGEMS (PG) DENTAL CARE (YISHUN) PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time Dental Clinic Receptionist to join our busy clinic in Singapore. The role involves greeting patients, handling appointments, registrations and payments, and coordinating with dentists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will be reliable, friendly, and able to work both weekday and weekend shifts at our Sengkang and Yishun locations. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients professionally and courteously.
• Handle appointments, enquiries, registration and payment collection.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages.
• Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and clinical areas.
• Assist with basic clinic duties, including cleaning and sterilising dental instruments.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the clinic.

Job description

PART-TIME DENTAL CLINIC RECEPTIONIST

Locations: Sengkang and Yishun
Hourly Rate: $10–$13 per hour, depending on experience and competency
Working Days: Weekday and weekend shifts
Working Hours: 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients professionally and courteously
• Handle appointments, enquiries, registration and payment collection

• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Friendly, professional and comfortable communicating with patients
• Able to work both weekday and weekend shifts
• Able to travel between our Sengkang and Yishun clinics
• Comfortable handling reception, cleaning and basic clinic-support duties
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not compulsory
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates
