Job summary

ALLSMILES DENTAL CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Dental Assistant / Clinic Assistant to support dentists with chairside care and to maintain a clean, efficient clinic environment.

You will handle instruments, sterilization, stock management, and basic front desk duties. Training will be provided for those new to the field, and candidates who are Singaporean are welcome.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and responsibility.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental treatments and procedures.

• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic clinic environment.

• Ensure treatment rooms are adequately stocked with dental instruments, materials, and supplies.

• Assist with basic dental laboratory work when required.

• Handle front desk and reception duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and attending to patients' enquiries in person or over the phone.

• Provide friendly and professional service to ensure a positive patient experience.
