Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, or content creation software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Develop and manage engaging content such as social media posts, campaign creatives, product listings, and promotional materials.
• Identify and establish partnership, referral, and co-marketing opportunities; track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations including updating product listings, pricing, promotions, and website content accuracy.
• Coordinate order processing, inventory management, fulfilment, and delivery logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor website and systems for issues, troubleshoot problems, and suggest workflow improvements.
