Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking two Part Time Kitchen Helpers at Tai Seng to support central kitchen operations. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 7am-2pm or 10am-5pm with a 30-minute break. Responsibilities include plating, cooking rice, mise en place, stock handling, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene.

Applicants with 1–2 years of kitchen experience are preferred; candidates must be able to stand long hours and read to assist in stock tasks. This is a part-time role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen assistant experience

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP in Central Kitchen
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Maintain cleanliness & food hygiene standards
• Basic Knife Skills
• Able to stand long hours
• Able to read so can assist in stock taking, stock receiving and dispatching
• Able to handle day to day kitchen operation ie (Cooking, marination, cutting, packing, stock taking, cleaning)
