XSQUARE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Engineer to join our hardware team on a part-time basis.

You will digitize schematic designs, manage cable harnesses, and ensure flawless BOMs within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as we transition autonomous forklift designs into production-ready systems. Key responsibilities include ECAD design with Solidworks Electrical, data synchronization in 3DEXPERIENCE, component management, and BOM generation with proper version control,

Qualifications

Must have a degree or be enrolled in a related program (intern).
Solidworks Electrical (2D/3D) proficiency is essential.
Experience with or ability to learn Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Understanding of cable harness routing and connector selection.

Responsibilities

ECAD design and integration of cable harnesses using Solidworks Electrical.
Migrate and manage design data within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring integration between electrical and mechanical 3D environments.
Audit existing designs to identify missing or incorrect part numbers; update database with specifications/manufacturer data.
Generate comprehensive BOMs, manage version control, and assist in formalizing physical assembly designs.
Collaborate with troubleshooting team to update electrical designs in real-time during testing.
