Job summary

EXYTE Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced CAD/BIM professional to lead 3D model development and drawing production for Tender, Design and Construction phases. You will coordinate with Architects, Engineers and subcontractors to ensure clash-free, compliant deliverables.

You will mentor CAD designers, oversee 3D model development, and ensure drawings meet Exyte CAD/BIM standards across MEP and architectural disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in design, CAD and coordination.
• Strong CAD design and construction coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D and PID or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for tender and construction.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve clashes.
• Mentor CAD designers during tender, design and construction phases.
• Ensure CAD/BIM deliverables meet project and company standards.
• Produce isometric, piping and instrumentation diagrams and associated details.
