3 CUBED BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Electronics Hardware Design to lead hardware architecture and lifecycle support for industrial PLCs, smart relays, and I/O modules. You will own schematic, PCB layout, verification, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver reliable, compliant products.

The role emphasizes power management, RF performance, signal integrity, and close mentorship of engineers, with interactions across R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hardware architecture, design and lifecycle support for embedded products.
• Experience with industrial automation or control products preferred.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, signal integrity, and power management.

Responsabilités

• Own design, verification, and lifecycle maintenance of industrial hardware platforms.
• Define hardware architecture including MCU platforms, memory, power supplies, interfaces, and isolation.
• Lead analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, prototype bring‑up, and fault analysis.
• Establish verification strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for EMC, safety, and reliability.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate hardware and firmware integration including clocks, reset, and diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/EN/CE/UL standards and certification activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across multi-site teams.
