Job summary

Aurelion is seeking a proactive Part-Time Business Development Representative in Singapore to generate business opportunities by contacting prospective clients and arranging appointments for the Director.

You will conduct outbound calls, introduce immigration and recruitment services, qualify prospects, and maintain CRM records to track progress. This role requires a self-motivated, independent worker able to meet monthly targets and report weekly progress to management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, sales, or business development.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and business contacts to generate leads
• Introduce Aurelion's immigration and recruitment services clearly to potential clients
• Identify business needs by engaging with business owners, HR professionals, and corporate decision-makers
• Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with service offerings and business goals
• Arrange appointments and consultations for the Director to advance business opportunities
• Follow up with prospects to maintain communication and nurture relationships
• Update lead information and call outcomes accurately in the CRM/database to track progress
• Meet monthly appointment-setting targets to support business growth
• Provide weekly progress updates to management for performance tracking
