Job summary

NEXTHIRE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive Sales & Appointment Setter in Singapore to build and drive the advisory pipeline. You will initiate contact via calls, WhatsApp, and messaging, then convert leads into face-to-face consultations that fill and optimize our advisory calendar.

The role requires excellent communication, organized and target-driven work, and experience in sales or appointment setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred).
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and face-to-face sales interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social channels).
• Qualify prospects and secure confirmed bookings for in-person consultations
• Manage advisor calendars, reschedule as needed, and minimize no-shows
• Track leads and follow-ups in CRM with accuracy
• Handle objections confidently and close conversations with professionalism
