Job summary

butter tgt in Maxwell is seeking friendly cafe staff to join a small, cosy team. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare drinks and bakes, and support daily cafe operations with a positive attitude.

We value coffee passion, good communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred, with on-site training provided to bring everyone up to speed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista is required.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and seat them or assist with tables as needed.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks, pourovers and non-coffee drinks according to recipes.
• Heat up bakes, serve food and drinks.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
