Job summary

ROASTWORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Part-Time Barista to join our Central, Singapore café. You will craft quality coffee, take orders, and ensure friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is preferred but training will be provided. Weekend and public holiday availability is required. This role offers staff coffee benefits and opportunities to progress into a full-time position.

Position: Part-Time Barista

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Baristas to join the Roastworks Coffee team.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare quality coffee and beverages according to Roastworks Coffee standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and coffee bar.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and general café operations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous barista/café experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
• Friendly, positive and customer-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual and a good team player.
• Able to work weekends and/or public holidays where required.

Specialty coffee experience, latte art and espresso dialling-in skills are an advantage.
