Job summary

JOBSCORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage AP/AR, issue invoices and supporting documents, and record daily transactions in Singapore. The role involves bank reconciliations, GST submissions, payroll support and coordinating with auditors and banks.

The ideal candidate will assist with monthly closings, year-end tax documentation, and maintain accurate records and reporting for efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, credit notes and payment vouchers.
• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Maintain proper accounting records, receipts and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Prepare GST-related records and assist with GST submissions.
• Support payroll, CPF and employee claims where required.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers and customers when necessary.
• Assist with year-end audit and tax documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
