DreamUs Parks in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Park Manager to oversee daily operations, guest experiences, safety and cleanliness standards, and lead a team of operations staff.

You will manage park performance, manpower planning, customer service, and facilities upkeep while achieving financial targets, working with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to drive growth and memorable experiences for families.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in family entertainment centres, attractions, theme parks, hospitality, retail, or related service industries.
  • Experience leading and managing teams in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience managing operational budgets, manpower planning, and P&L performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of DreamUs Parks, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Develop and manage operations schedules to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
  • Train and supervise the attractions crew to consistently meet established service levels.
  • Ensure Park facilities adhere to the highest safety, sanitization, and cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to uphold these standards.
  • Continuously review and improve the park's user experience through enhanced service standards, programs, and offerings.
  • Handle customer service issues promptly and efficiently on-site, via phone, or through digital communication channels.
  • Plan and oversee the smooth execution of park programs, working closely with the attractions team to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage daily cash sales and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports and participate in regular business and operational meetings.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce park policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify and address operational issues to improve overall park performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote park offerings.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance park performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop team members through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure the success and growth of DreamUs Parks.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our family entertainment parks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth park operations, delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards, and leading a team of operations staff.

As the Park Manager, you will manage the park's operational performance, manpower planning, customer service, and facility upkeep while ensuring financial targets are achieved. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance, to drive business growth and enhance the overall guest experience.

This role requires a strong leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can effectively manage people and operations, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for families and children. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling operational challenges, resolving customer concerns, coaching team members, and ensuring the park operates safely and efficiently every day.
