Job summary

SPO Singapore Polytechnic in Singapore invites a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead and support Sports & Wellness programmes that develop students’ physical well-being, character and leadership. The role covers planning, mentoring and campus-wide activity coordination.

You will manage facilities, engage with coaches and external partners, and contribute to Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) while supporting administrative processes and departmental committees to enhance campus vibrancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in education, sports management or youth development.
• Strong knowledge of event management and mentoring for students.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Sports & Wellness programmes and activities with clear objectives.
• Coordinate/lead Sports Excellence Programme and related curricula and events.
• Manage programme administration, budgets and facilities.
• Mentor and guide students in Sports CCA clubs and leadership development.
• Collaborate with coaches, instructors, and stakeholders to support programmes.
