Position Overview:
To provide premium hospitality, pantry, and housekeeping support to the Chairman's Office by ensuring exceptional service standards, cleanliness of office facilities, meeting room readiness, guest hospitality, and upkeep of executive and common areas. The role requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality & Guest Services
- Welcome and attend to VIP guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve beverages, refreshments, and light meals for the Chairman, Board members, senior executives, and guests.
- Ensure executive meeting rooms and lounges are presentation-ready at all times.
- Coordinate catering arrangements for management meetings, board meetings, and special events.
- Assist during meetings and events by providing timely hospitality support.
Pantry Operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all pantry and hospitality areas.
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, beverages, snacks, and consumables.
- Manage inventory and coordinate procurement of pantry-related items.
- Ensure pantry appliances and equipment are clean and in good working condition.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure pantry standards are consistently maintained.
Housekeeping & Facilities Support
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of executive washrooms and restroom facilities within the Chairman's Office area.
- Clean and sanitize common area surfaces, including reception areas, meeting rooms, lounges, pantry counters, tables, and other high-touch points.
- Ensure office facilities, common areas, and executive spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Clear used crockery, utensils, and serving equipment promptly after meetings and events.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and report maintenance issues as required.
Administrative Support
- Assist the Executive Assistant with meeting preparations and hospitality arrangements.
- Coordinate food orders, deliveries, and vendor services as required.
- Support ad hoc office administration and hospitality duties assigned by management.
- Handle matters within the Chairman's Office with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in pantry services, hospitality, housekeeping, hotel operations, customer service, or a similar support role.
- Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning, housekeeping, and pantry-related duties.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly to changing requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demanding environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality when supporting senior management and VIP visitors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior management, executive offices, family offices, hotels, private clubs, or hospitality environments.
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience serving VIP guests and managing executive hospitality services is preferred.
