Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Pantry Support Assistant at our Lower Kent Ridge Road site. You will operate coffee machines, keep the pantry stocked, and maintain cleanliness for staff and visitors.

The role requires at least 1 year in pantry or hospitality, WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certification, good communication, and the ability to work independently. Experience with automatic coffee machines is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in pantry operations, hospitality, facilities support or customer service.
• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is mandatory.
• Basic literacy, numeracy and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and service orientation; ability to work independently.
• Experience operating fully automatic coffee machines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coffee machines, ensuring they are clean, stocked and ready for use.
• Replenish coffee, tea, sugar, cups and other pantry consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping standards in the pantry and social hub.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts and maintain daily checklists and records.
• Identify machine faults or facility issues and report them promptly.
• Coordinate with the appointed service vendor for machine maintenance and repairs.
• Assist staff with basic coffee machine usage and pantry-related requests.
