Job summary

UBS in Singapore is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Human Resources Recruiting Summer Internship Program. You will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, working with APAC teams on candidate research, interview coordination and recruitment administration.

Qualifications

• Graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Interest in recruiting and delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Curious and comfortable using data and digital channels to support candidate sourcing.
• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters across the end-to-end hiring process for APAC, including candidate research, interview coordination and recruitment administration.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through market research, talent mapping and sourcing across internal and external channels.
• Contribute to candidate experience, recruitment data and reporting, and continuous improvement projects while building relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues across APAC.
