Job summary

UBS in Singapore is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Human Resources Recruiting Summer Internship Program. You will gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle, working with APAC teams on candidate research, interview coordination and recruitment administration.

We\'re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Human Resources Recruiting Summer Internship Program.

You\'ll Get To

• support recruiters across the end-to-end hiring process for Global Wealth Management and other APAC business areas, including candidate research, interview coordination and recruitment administration
• help identify and engage potential candidates through market research, talent mapping and sourcing across internal and external channels
• contribute to candidate experience, recruitment data and reporting, and continuous improvement projects while building relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues across APAC

Your team

You\'ll be working alongside our Human Resources colleagues. You\'ll be part of the APAC Recruiting team based in Singapore and work alongside recruiters who partner with hiring managers to find and engage the right talent. You\'ll gain exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing and stakeholder coordination, while collaborating with colleagues across markets and business divisions. You\'ll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide and contribute to the candidate experience that helps protect our competitive edge through our people. Your program
