You will help coordinate RFPs, manage timesheets, and schedule client calls in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and organizing RFPs and pitches.
• Maintain client timesheets and reporting tools.
• Support documentation, invoicing, scoping and monitoring.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and schedule calls.
• Contribute ideas to campaigns and encourage client creativity.
