Job summary

AdCendes Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive coordinator to support sales activities, client servicing, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams to help deliver successful projects and maintain strong client relationships.

The role offers exposure to client management, project execution, and business operations in a fast-paced environment. You should be organized, communicative in English, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling incoming sales enquiries and qualified leads.
• Conduct initial sales consultations and product introductions.
• Support proposal preparation and client onboarding activities.
• Coordinate project requirements between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and assist in timeline management.
• Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Follow up with clients throughout project implementation.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and status reports.
• Perform other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
