Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage equipment, oversee design projects, and maintain high quality standards.

You will plan, develop, implement, and improve processes, optimize resources, ensure GMP compliance, lead improvements, collaborate with engineering and suppliers, standardize production methods, identify root causes, and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing equipment and design projects while maintaining high quality standards.
• Plan, develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and operations.
• Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Lead technical improvements, process development, qualification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, other departments, and suppliers to install, maintain, and improve equipment.
• Develop and maintain standardized production processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Identify and resolve process issues and root causes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project findings and results.
• Build internal and external networks to support project completion.
