The role focuses on planning, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, optimizing materials, equipment, and personnel to reduce costs and improve efficiency while ensuring GMP, hygiene and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing equipment and design projects while maintaining high quality standards.
• Plan, develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and operations.
• Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Lead technical improvements, process development, qualification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, other departments, and suppliers to install, maintain, and improve equipment.
• Develop and maintain standardized production processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Identify and resolve process issues and root causes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project findings and results.
• Build internal and external networks to support project completion.
