Job summary

Seatrium is seeking a procurement professional to manage equipment packages from pre-purchase through final delivery in an EPC project environment. You will coordinate with buyers to finalize POs, monitor vendor documents, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment and spare parts.

The role requires a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. On-site position located in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery.

• Monitor inspections and testing; ensure timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.
• Liaise with vendors, project teams, owners’ reps, and third-party inspectors; organize progress meetings and track vendor performance and payments.
• Support installation, commissioning, warranty matters; ensure documentation and reporting throughout procurement lifecycle.

• Key tasks include coordinating with buyers to finalize POs, monitoring vendor document submissions, managing inspections and testing, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.


• The role involves liaising with vendors, project teams, owners’ reps, and third-party inspectors, organizing progress meetings, and tracking vendor performance and payments.


• Supports installation, commissioning, warranty matters, and ensures proper documentation and reporting throughout the procurement lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent.


• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.


• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.


• Positive and willing-to-learn attitude.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
