Job summary

Seatrium is seeking a capable Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline lead for on-site construction activities at Tuas Yard, Singapore. You will oversee design interfaces, planning, and field execution to ensure timely commissioning and quality outcomes.

You will document electrical work plans, review drawings, manage vendors and sub-contractors, and drive daily progress in line with the project schedule. On-site coordination and independent problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Understand construction schedule and analysis of critical path.
• Experience in managing Vendors and Sub-Contractors.
• Able to handle project independently.
• Entry Level candidates are welcome (On Job Training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Manages the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to ensure product quality and timely delivery to commissioning.
• Develops electrical work plans for systems and subsystems construction, testing and commissioning.
• Stud ies electrical drawings related to cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout and interconnection drawings.
• Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity check, megger test and ATEX inspection.
• Creates work packages by area or subsystem.
• Plans resources, manpower, materials, facilities and P6 scheduling.
• Gives direction and assigns job to subordinates for execution.
• Prepares the work conditions for subordinates (materials, facilities etc).
• Monitors progress to meet the P6 schedule.
• Applies Plan-Do-Check-Act for all activities.
• Reports daily progress to EPCC.
• Coordinates with Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Engineering.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm
