Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is assisting a global investment manager in Singapore to hire a P&L Controller. The role focuses on independent daily P&L production, NAV oversight, and control framework management across major asset classes.

You will partner with Portfolio Managers, Technology, and external administrators to ensure robust controls, automation, and scalable processes, while driving improvements in data and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Product Control experience within a top-tier Bank or Hedge Fund.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income derivatives and securities products (Rates, Swaps, Bonds, FX).
• Familiarity with outsourced finance platforms and third-party fund administrators.
• Advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Daily P&L Production & Attribution across assigned trading desks and teams.
• Month-End NAV finalization, valuation verification, and pricing control oversight.
• Respond to ad-hoc performance queries and analytics requests from PMs and leadership.
• Collaborate with Technology and external fund administrators to resolve data and valuation issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and data transformation initiatives.
