Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Product Controller in Singapore to manage daily and monthly P&L for Treasury and Corporate books within the Finance division. The role covers regional entities, funding reporting, and control governance to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong collaboration with Treasury and GM stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in product control for treasury or fixed income, deep knowledge of P&L attribution, hedging, FX exposure, and strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Control for Treasury or Fixed Income.
• Experience in P&L attribution, FX exposure, funding charges and hedging.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/monthly P&L for Treasury & Corporate books.
• Manage regional P&L and balance sheet movements across entities.
• Oversee regional issuance entity from Treasury PC perspective.
• Provide support to business line controllers and funding reporting.
• Lead governance, documentation trails and issue resolution.
