Qualifications

At least 10 years of Finance experience within banking or financial services.
Strong experience in MAS regulatory reporting, ideally within a Singapore-regulated banking, securities or capital markets environment.
Good understanding of Capital Markets / Global Markets products.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of financial, management, regulatory and statutory reporting, including P&L and variance analysis.
Lead and review MAS regulatory reporting, including requirements applicable to a regulated capital markets entity.
Oversee the preparation and filing of statutory financial statements and support tax and transfer pricing requirements.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with MAS, internal audit, external audit, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
Provide financial analysis and insight to support business performance and decision making.
