Job summary

HelloRide, Singapore's next-generation bicycle-sharing platform, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing & Branding to lead overseas operations and shape micromobility experiences for millions. You will oversee two-wheeler mobility ops in designated regions, optimize deployment and scheduling, manage warehouses and asset life-cycle, and ensure compliance with local rules while growing the brand.

Fluent English is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates eligible.
• No mandatory work experience required; relevant two-wheeler mobility operation experience preferred.
• Proficient in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong data thinking and Excel proficiency; able to analyze operational data and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the two-wheeler mobility operations in designated overseas regions and optimize deployment, scheduling and service quality.
• Oversee local overseas warehouses and asset management, standardize inbound/outbound processes, inventory and vehicle maintenance; ensure data accuracy and timely repairs.
• Iterate SOPs to fit local markets, promote compliant, localized operations, and strengthen regional brand influence.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, implement HQ strategies, adapt to overseas conditions and quickly respond to operational issues.
